valmistamiseks sõelu jahu kaussi. Lisa sool, vesi ja lahti klopitud muna. Sega

kleepuva taigna. Mässi tainas toidukilesse ning lase taignal seista 30- 40

Sega ühtlaseks ja lisa osade kaupa jahu. Sõtku ca 10 minutit kuni saad ühtlase läikiva taigna. Kata taigen toidukilega ning jäta kerkima ca 1 tunniks või kuni taigna kogus on kahekordistunud.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Jaga taigen 12-ks võrdseks osaks ning vooli neist ilusad ümmargused pallikesed. Pane pallikesed küpsetusvormi ning jäta neile väikesed vahed- hiljem ahjus kerkivad pallikesed kokku.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Jäta vorm koos taignapallikestega veel 15 minutiks kerkima ning siis küpseta ahjus 200 C juures ca 15-20 minutit. Pisut muutsin küll toorainete koguseid ja valmistamise viisi. Nimelt on soovitatud supp järelvalmimiseks panna keraamilise potiga ahju. Hauta kuni peet on pehme.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Pane pannile toiduõli ning lisa sinna tükeldatud sibul ja porgand. Prae neid kergelt ja lisa siis tomatipasta ning toiduäädikas. Lisa pannile peet ning hauta veel mõni minut. Maitsesta segu suhkru ja soolaga. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Pane potti tükeldatud kapsas ja kartul ning keeda neid tasasel tulel kuni need on pehmed.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Lisa slowcookerisse liha koos puljongiga, peedi-porgandisegu ja kapsa-kartuliga. Lasin supil haududa slowcookeris 3 tundi madalal kuumusel. Kui supp on valmis maitsesta veel vajadusel suhkru ja soolaga.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Serveeri koos hapukoore ja peterselliga. Pintselda leivaviilud üle piimaga nii, et kõik leivaviilud oleksid piimaga kaetud. Alustades lühemast servast keera leivaviilud koos küpsetuspaberiga rulli ja mässi rull korralikult kinni.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Jäta rull seisma ca 30 minutiks ja aseta rullile vajutis (kasutasin selleks keraamilist ahjuvormi), et rull võtaks soovitud (ehk siis rulli) kuju.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Valmista munamääre. Selleks haki munad kahvliga peeneks ning sega munad majoneesiga. Maitsesta munamääre pipra ja soolaga.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Rulli leivarull lahti ja jäta küpsetuspaber rulli alla, et saaksid seda kasutada uuesti "rullbiskviidi" kokku rullimisel.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Määri leibadele munamääre ning laota munale kilufileed ja peeneks hakitud tomat. Kasutades küpsetuspaberit rulli leivad koos täidisega uuesti rulliks alustades lühemast servast. Mässi saadud rull korralikult ja tihedalt küpsetuspaberisse ja toidukilesse. Pane leivarull külmkappi seisma üheks ööpäevaks.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Võta rull kapist ja lõika rullil ära otsad (need ei ole visuaalselt ilusad- küll aga sobivad söömiseks). Lisa suhkrud ja vahusta veel 2 minutit.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Lisa muna, samal ajal kogu aeg vahustades. Sega omavahel jahu, sool ja sooda ning lisa saadud segu osade kaupa muna-võisegule. Sõtku taignaks ning lisa šokolaadinööbid ning jõhvikad.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Kõige lõpus lisa 50 g glasuuritud šokolaadinööpe ning sõtku ka need taignasse. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Vormi taignast süda -paksusega ca 2 cm. Kasutasin selleks südamekujulist küpsetusraami. Seekord siis krõbedad kirsimoosiga küpsised.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Vaja läheb:</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">180 g toasooja võid</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">150 g suhkrut</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">2 tl vanillisuhkrut</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">310 g jahu</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">0,25 tl soola</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">3-4 spl vett</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">10-20 g mandlilaaste</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">ca 200 g paksu kirsimoosi</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Kaunistamiseks tuhksuhkrut</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Vahusta kergelt või ja suhkrud. Lisa sool ja jahu ning sega kuni saad purutaolise massi. Lisa lusikatäie haaval vett kuni tainas hakkab kokku ja moodustab ühtlase palli. Vormi taignast ristkülik ja mässi see toidukilesse ning pane külmkappi 30 minutiks. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Rulli tainas ca 5,5 cm paksuseks ning lõika välja sobivad kujud (ringid, südamed jne.) ja pealmisest küpsise kujust lõika välja ava (see peaks olema ca pool küpsise suurusest).</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial;">Pane küpsised ahjuplaadile. Määri aukudega küpsisepooltele näpuga vett ja puista peale purustatud mandlilaaste.
